During the years 1993 - 1992, Consulting Engineers Group 5 started designing the Pars Eagle Goli hotel in Tabriz and its operation began in 1995 on an area of ​​37,000 square meters and a 28,000 square meter infrastructure. After a six-year period in September 2001, its building was completed and on March 29, 2001, it began its work with the passenger's acceptance. The main tower is a 17-story hotel with a restaurant.
